Alternatives to steroids

There are many different alternatives other then steroids that will increase your size and strength. Michael George is a very well respective athletic trainer and a fitness expert. He is very pleased with a new supplement called stemulite fitness formula. Most athletes are doing whatever it takes to get results, but many of them are forgetting the health, legal, and the risks that follow using performance enhancing drugs.

In recent studies, using steroids only inflate your muscles without giving your body beneficial results. Stemulite supplements offer the body muscle growth and it also increases your strength. It is a very healthy alternative to steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.

Creatine is a natural amino acid that is necessary to the body to function properly. It has been shown to enhance and athlete’s performance, it is not proven however, to enhance their endurance. Creatine has been proven to increase muscle mass by enhancing the size of the muscle cells. When taking creatine you need to know the proper way to take it because it can cause damage to the body if you take too much.

It is obviously necessary to take some sort of supplement to gain size and strength. Athletes need to become stronger and faster but steroids is not the answer. Hard work and determination is what you need to become a great athlete. Not steroids. People need to realize that it is cheating. Not only that but it is very harmful to the body and in some cases can be fatal.

  1. Im all about just doing things naturally. What is the point of taking steroids and getting too big for your sport. Getting that large will limit the ability on the playing field. Range of motion and flexibility are just as important in the sport of baseball as strength is. Natural ability is the largest ingredient.

  2. Im with Leger but some crap is good for you and helps you out alot in lifting as long as you know how to take. I've taken a whole buncha crap creatine, arginine, glutamine, all that stuff, even was taking a form of HGH without knowing it was in one of my supplements. Sometimes in the pros u need to take something so ur body is always healing in a decent time frame. Take whatever, as long as its been well researched by people, as well as yourself, and you know the right things to do with it.

  3. Everything that effects your body drastically will have some effect on your body in a negative way. It is just a matter of how badly will this affect you. Steroids cause heart attacks, creatine just has minor negative side effects. If the side effects are not terrible i feel that they should not only be used but encouraged among athletes.
